Will my plan renew automatically?
No. Your plan is prepaid for 30 days and you choose when to renew.
How does the recipe mix work?
Choose the number of meals of each recipe in your daily plan. The same mix is repeated over the 30-day allowance. Request a later change through your account; our team confirms availability.
Can I choose an exact delivery time?
Choose a preferred first date. Our team confirms availability and your rider contacts you before arrival. There are no fixed hourly slots.
Can I pause or cancel?
You can request a pause of up to 15 days with 24 to 48 hours’ notice. Cancellation refunds depend on the delivery stage. Please read the full terms before purchasing.
