Where we deliver
Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Regular-order delivery costs PKR 200 in Islamabad and PKR 280 in Rawalpindi. Meal plan deliveries are included.
Delivery timing
We operate four delivery days each week according to demand. Your first requested date is subject to confirmation. Please allow at least 12 hours’ notice; availability still needs to be confirmed. Delivery is during the day and your rider contacts you before arrival. Fixed time slots are not offered.
Your 30-day plan
Plans are paid in full before the first delivery. Choose weekly or fortnightly deliveries and your recipe allocation when you order. Our team confirms how the tubs will be split across your deliveries. You renew manually; there is no automatic charge. Changes to an active plan need team confirmation.
Pausing a plan
You may request a pause of up to 15 days. Contact us 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. We will confirm the revised delivery schedule and any cycle-end adjustment before applying the pause.
Cancellation refunds
Before the first delivery, the refund is 80% of the plan price. After the first delivery but before the second, it is 50%. After the second delivery, no cancellation refund applies. Submit your request promptly through your account or WhatsApp. Our team will confirm the applicable amount and processing arrangements.
Missed deliveries
A missed delivery requiring redelivery carries a PKR 250 charge. We will arrange the new delivery with you.
If something arrives wrong
For damaged, spoiled or incorrect items, report the issue within two hours of delivery with your order number and details. Our team will arrange the applicable replacement. This process is separate from a plan cancellation.
Payment
Regular orders can use the payment methods enabled at checkout, including cash on delivery. Meal plans require full advance payment. Bank and wallet transfers are confirmed only after our team verifies receipt.
